Winston is currently the chair of Trustees of CWEST. Before becoming the Minister of West Hendon Baptist Church in Barnet, NW London, he worked in secondary education for over 20 years, and was a Deputy Headteacher of a large multi-ethnic secondary school in London,
He has been actively involved in church leadership for over 25 years and was a part-time lecturer at the London School of Theology from 2012 to 2015. He is currently a District Minister of the NW District of the London Baptist Association.
Winston is married to Laureen and they have six adult children and eleven grandchildren. He enjoys reading theological and leadership books, keeping fit, city breaks and playing the guitar.
