We write and produce screenplays, musicals, and theatre that wrestle theologically with contemporary issues and translate them into credible productions.  All our work reflects the search for God through authentic characterisation and original narratives.  Our production philosophy is ‘excellence without compromise’. We are determined to create work that is comparable with the very best in the film industry.

Our goal in training is person-centred. Our passion is to nurture people in God and prayer, encourage a healthy self-awareness and identification of personal gifts, develop leadership and team building skills, and train in mission and evangelism.  In conjunction with local churches, we run seven-day mentoring missions.  We deliberately limit the team to a maximum of twenty people to enable one-on-one mentoring.  Members of hosting churches are integrated into the training and the practical evangelism.

Our team is multi-ethnic and in permanent transit through Europe’s ethnic worlds. We are not consultants but cross-cultural missionaries with a burning passion to see our cities changed by God and our churches transformed multi-ethnic families of worshippers: sanctuaries for all peoples. We live and breathe diversity. Our mandate, backed by many years of international experience, is to train and facilitate churches in multi-ethnic mission and community.  We attempt to answer the questions of contemporary urban church life:  How can we relate to the mosaic of cultures on our doorstep? How can we kick the trend of ‘mixaphobia’ and integrate people of different ethnicities into a loving and transparent Christian community?  How can we develop the leadership potential and gifts of church members from ethnic minorities and, in many cities, ethnic majorities?  How can we make the shift from a mono-cultural and homogeneous congregation to a truly multi-ethnic fellowship?

We love people as unique individuals created in the image of God.  Our bias in mission is international: ‘..the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world’.  We have always resisted stereotyping and categorisation. Our brief is to share the good news of Christ with people everywhere. We offer our expertise in mission, church planting and evangelism to local churches in the UK and worldwide. Our approach to mission is flexible and intuitive. We do not impose a ready-made programme on churches but, in consultation and prayer, create a bespoke strategy and programme for the local church/churches.

We have spoken in conferences, schools, universities, churches, seminaries, celebrations to audiences of thousands, workshops, small tutorial groups and one to one.  Our theology is orthodox and our hearts are open to all God’s people. Love for God and Scripture unites us. Our approach to teaching is contemplative, inspirational and practical.  We take advantage of current scholarship and aim to be challenging and dynamic in presentation.  Communication is our business.

Each year we organise at least one long distance cycle adventure.  These are not for beginners or the faint hearted.  We ride fully loaded touring cycles across continents, countries, deserts and mountain ranges and can cover distances in excess of 100 miles a day. We camp wild, often wash and bath in lakes and rivers, and cook on campfires and miniature petrol stoves.  The journeys are religiously themed and are described as pilgrimages on two wheels:

•             From London to the Seven Churches of the Apocalypse (Turkey).
•             The Missionary Journeys of St. Paul (Israel, Cyprus, Turkey, Greece and Italy)
•             In the footsteps of Jesus (Israel Tour)
•             The Ancient Churches of Europe and Asia (Jerusalem to Lindisfarne)
•             The Cities and Churches of the Reformation (Europe)
•             A ride through British Church History
•             Searching for St Thomas (India)

These tours are generally by invitation only, but we do consider applications.  Experience has taught us that all applicants require a strenuous fitness and endurance test. Those who join us have experience in long distance endurance cycling and enjoy the challenges of light weight camping and survival training.

These journeys have now become the basis for TV documentary series under the ‘Epic Journey’ motif.
